    AIYH policies permit the submission of compliance reports anonymously. Although providing your name would be beneficial in case further information is necessary, it is not mandatory.
  • 4 If you are willing to disclose your identity: Please fill out the corresponding reporting form and submit it to the Corporate Compliance Officer at corporatecompliance@angelsinyourhome.com.

If you choose not to disclose your identity and wish to remain anonymous: No further action is required.
